Key Responsibilities

Act as L3 SME for production incidents (P1/P2), including RCA ownership
Lead customer-facing P1 calls and coordinate cross-functional teams
Perform deep log analysis, monitoring, and alert troubleshooting
Build dashboards, reports, SOPs, and runbooks
Work closely with Dev, Cloud, and Infra teams on fixes and deployments

Key Skills Required

Retail / eCommerce domain (mandatory)
Shopify platform experience
L3 Application Support / SRE Level 2 3
Monitoring tools (New Relic preferred; Datadog/Splunk acceptable)
Node.js, React, APIs, AWS (working knowledge)
SQL for log and data analysis
ITIL processes (Incident, Change, CAB, RCA)
Postman, ITSM tools (ServiceNow/JIRA/Remedy)

Nice to Have

Java basics for log tracing
Python for automation scripting
PagerDuty, Slack integrations
Experience generating WSR/MSR reports
