Using tools, including Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft Power Suite, you'll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team focus on the accomplishment of sprint goals, ensuring the project is successfully delivered to meet key outcomes and customer expectations.

You Have:- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- 3+ years of experience with software development, digital strategies and transformation, analytics, or product management
- Experience with projects using an Agile methodology, including Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:- 5+ years of experience working with federal agencies
- Experience working in systems engineering
- Knowledge of the Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC)
- Knowledge of human centered design or customer experience, requirements management, agile development, test driven design, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), and DevSecOps
- SAFe Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
