Senior Pega Developer

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega PRPC applications

Architect scalable and high-performance Pega BPM and Case Management solutions

Translate business requirements into Pega solution designs and technical specifications

Develop and customize Pega rules, flows, activities, case types, UI sections, and integrations

Ensure adherence to Pega Guardrails and best practices

Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

Lead and mentor junior Pega developers and offshore teams

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and DevOps teams

Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and release planning

Support production deployments and provide post-production support

Drive continuous improvement and modernization of Pega applications

Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC (7.x / 8.x)

Expertise in:

• Case Management

• Flows & Flow Actions

• Data Pages

• Declarative Rules

• UI (Sections, Harnesses, Portals)

Experience with Pega Integrations:

• REST / SOAP

• JMS

• Connectors & Services

Knowledge of Pega Decisioning (CDH) preferred

Strong understanding of Pega Guardrails and application performance

Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) Required

Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Strongly Preferred

Java, SQL, XML, JSON

RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)

DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines)

Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) preferred
