Bachelor s degree with 3+ years relevant experience
Knowledge of digital domains/products/journeys
Native Mobile App experience
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team-level metrics
Experience using techniques such as cost-benefit analysis for feature prioritization
Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align the organization on decisions
Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply
Strong influencing skills for team members and outside stakeholders
Passionate about technology and excited about the impact of emerging/disruptive technologies
Self-starter that fosters an entrepreneurial mindset
