Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Product Designer to lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and user-centered digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and business stakeholders to define product direction, create seamless user journeys, and deliver impactful product solutions. As a design leader with over 8+ years of experience, you will help set the strategic vision, mentor junior designers, and drive best practices across design systems and product life cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design processes from discovery to delivery, including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final UI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Business) to define and shape product strategies and roadmaps.
- Conduct and apply user research, usability studies, and A/B testing to inform design decisions.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- Design and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
- Champion user-centric design across the organization and influence product direction through design thinking.
- Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Provide mentorship and design leadership to junior and mid-level designers.
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and performance optimization in all product touchpoints.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX, Product, or Interaction Design.
- Proven track record of designing complex digital products across web and mobile platforms.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Strong visual design skills and proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC, etc.).
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with engineering teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful product design projects and outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences.
- Experience in managing or mentoring designers is a plus.
- Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise, or B2B platforms.
- Background in cognitive psychology, HCI, or design strategy.
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG), usability standards, and inclusive design.
