Summary

Customer requires testing services with skilled Mechanical Test Engineer / Technician to support engineering team in the development and qualification of new aircraft hardware and electrical systems. These are hands-on activities for executing mechanical and environmental tests to validate design changes, working closely with customer engineers and following detailed protocols.

Key Service description:

Execute mechanical and environmental tests per written instructions.
Prepare and build test samples using basic hand and power tools.
Operate and monitor test such as drop test, strength tests, vibration tests etc.
Record and document test data accurately.
Perform visual inspections of test samples for defects (e.g., cracks, loose fasteners).
Assemble and set up test fixtures as directed by customer engineers.
Support long duration tests and ensure consistent monitoring.
Maintain a clean and organized testing environment.

Types of Testing Involved:
Mechanical Loading: Shock, drop, vibration, strength, etc .
Environmental: Water spraying , other environment simulation as provided
These services are focused on test execution, only no protocol development required.
Testing is for development and design qualification, not production quality sampling
