Job Title: Print Servicers Operator
Overview:
Join our dynamic print center as a Print Servicers Operator, where you'll be at the forefront of high-quality printing solutions. Responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art Ricoh production printers and a large-format Canon 60” printer, you'll ensure each project meets our high standards for accuracy, clarity, and timeliness. Bring your technical skills and customer-focused approach to a fast-paced environment that values precision, teamwork, and service excellence. Candidates with prior experience as copy operators or in reprographics are highly encouraged to apply, as their background aligns seamlessly with this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain Ricoh high-speed production printers and Canon 60” wide-format signage printers to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute print jobs with precision, adhering to specifications and ensuring high-quality output.
- Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete multiple print projects within tight deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients' print needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Manage supplies and inspect equipment regularly to uphold safety and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience operating reprographic equipment, copy machines, or in a print shop environment is highly valued.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe InDesign and other design software.
- Familiarity with Ricoh printers (especially models 9500 and 5310), Canon 6000 Pro series, and Fiery print controllers is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude for troubleshooting diverse printing equipment.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing at least 40 lbs safely.
