Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle OTM Consultant to design, implement, and support Oracle Transportation Management solutions to optimize transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement processes. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in OTM configurations, integrations, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Oracle OTM implementations, enhancements, and production support.
Configure OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rate Management, Itinerary, and Freight Settlement.
Design and maintain OTM business rules, agents, workflows, and automation logic.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions.
Manage and support OTM integrations with ERP systems (Oracle EBS, SAP, JD Edwards) using XML, REST/SOAP, B2B integrations.
Support carrier onboarding, rating, tendering, tracking, and invoicing processes.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
Prepare functional and technical documentation and provide end-user training.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain processes.
Experience configuring rates, accessorials, shipment planning, and freight settlement.
Hands-on experience with OTM integrations (ERP, TMS, carrier systems).
Strong SQL skills and understanding of OTM data model.
Experience with OTM Cloud is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
