Job Summary

We are looking for a SAP S/4HANA FICO Lead with strong expertise in SAP Finance, AP, AR, GL, and end-to-end S/4HANA implementations. The role will lead finance transformation initiatives and act as a functional lead across accounting and controlling processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA (S/4) FICO implementations, upgrades, and rollouts

• Own and manage SAP FI processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Configure and support:

  • GL: Chart of Accounts, Ledger, Document Splitting

  • AP: Vendor Accounting, Payments, Automatic Payment Program

  • AR: Customer Accounting, Credit Management, Dunning

• Drive S/4HANA Finance capabilities such as Universal Journal (ACDOCA)

• Lead business requirement gathering, FIT-GAP analysis, and solution design

• Ensure seamless integration of SAP FI with MM, SD, and other modules

• Oversee testing, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support

• Provide leadership and mentoring to SAP functional teams

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (S/4)

• Deep knowledge of SAP FI AP, AR, GL

• Experience leading SAP finance teams and client engagements

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

• SAP S/4HANA FICO Certification

• Experience with Central Finance or Group Reporting

• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology
