Summary

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
Identify project risks and mitigation strategies
Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery

Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead and coordinate internal and external project teams
Facilitate regular status meetings, updates, and communication among stakeholders
Manage expectations and ensure timely escalation of issues
Foster a collaborative environment to ensure team alignment and productivity

Budget & Resource Management

Prepare and manage project budgets
Track expenses and ensure projects are delivered within financial targets
Forecast and allocate resources effectively across project phases

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain comprehensive project documentation (requirements, plans, reports)
Provide management with consistent reporting on metrics, risks, and milestones
Ensure projects comply with organizational processes and governance standards

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)
3–8 years of project management experience (depending on role level)
Experience managing cross-functional or client-facing projects

Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
Proven leadership and team coordination skills
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello)
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
