Role: Performance Tester

Location: Remote Duration: 06 Months

Mandatory Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner (VUGen, Controller, Analysis)
DevWeb experience is mandatory
LoadRunner scripting using C and JavaScript
Client will ask in-depth questions on LoadRunner, C, JavaScript, and DevWeb

Required Experience
10 years of hands-on experience in Performance Engineering with exclusive focus on LoadRunner
Experience using DevWeb in LoadRunner
LoadRunner with C and JavaScript
Testing applications with APIs secured by SSO (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect)
Designing and executing scenario-based performance tests simulating real-world usage and peak concurrency
LoadRunner correlation, parameterization, custom functions
Performance monitoring tools: SiteScope, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, CloudWatch, or similar
Reading and interpreting server logs, thread dumps, database query plans
Strong understanding of distributed architectures, web technologies, caching, queues, and backend microservices
Diagnosing and resolving performance bottlenecks in API-driven systems
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating performance testing into build/release processes
Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
