Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Consultant to design, develop, and deploy advanced Agentic AI Chatbot solutions for a healthcare customer. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure, Python, Llama models, LangChain, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), along with deep understanding of secure, compliant AI solutions aligned with healthcare industry standards (HIPAA, PHI/PII controls).

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement Agentic AI chatbot solutions tailored for healthcare workflows, patient interactions, clinical knowledge support, and operational automation.
Design and build RAG pipelines using vector databases, embeddings, and healthcare-specific datasets.
Develop intelligent AI agent frameworks using LangChain, Azure OpenAI, Llama models, and custom reasoning agents.
Implement LLM orchestration patterns: tool use, multi-agent workflows, function calling, and intelligent task delegation.
Integrate AI agent systems with Azure cloud services, including Azure Cognitive Search, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with healthcare SMEs to ensure chatbot responses meet safety, accuracy, and compliance requirements.
Optimize models (Llama, GPT, custom fine-tuned models) for healthcare use cases.
Ensure highest standards of data privacy, PHI/PII protection, and HIPAA-compliant implementation.
Build monitoring, evaluation, and guardrail systems for LLM behavior, hallucination reduction, and continuous quality improvement.
Create technical documentation, design blueprints, and handoff materials for engineering and operational teams.

Required Skills & Experience

7 12+ years in AI/ML engineering, LLM development, or advanced cloud-based AI solutions.
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks, multi-agent systems, and advanced LLM orchestration.
Strong expertise in:
- Azure Cloud (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, App Services, AKS)
- Python, FastAPI, and API integration
- Llama models (Llama 3.x or higher)
- RAG architectures and vector stores (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, Azure AI Search)
- LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent agent frameworks
Experience building production-grade AI systems, preferably in healthcare or other regulated environments.
Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI/PII handling, secure data pipelines.
Ability to work cross-functionally with SMEs, engineering teams, and compliance teams.
Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing consulting skills.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with FHIR, EHR/EMR systems, or HL7 integrations.
Knowledge of Azure Health Data Services.
Experience fine-tuning Llama or domain-specific model customization.
Experience with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
Multi-agent frameworks beyond LangChain (AutoGen, CrewAI, Haystack Agents).
