Group Details
We are looking for a high-performing Finance Transformation Associate who will support the modernization of Tradeweb?s procurement and contract management systems. The team is currently engaged in early-stage design and discovery for Payflows, an AI-backed Procure-to-Pay platform, and Leah, an AI-backed Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
This role will be hands-on and highly collaborative, with direct participation in design workshops, vendor working sessions and cross-functional collaboration sessions. You will work closely with finance and senior leadership, gaining meaningful exposure to strategic decision-making, while helping document and translate business requirements, challenge existing processes and contribute to shaping how AI-driven platforms are embedded into Tradeweb?s core finance workflows.
This role is designed for someone early in their career who is motivated by change and continuous improvement. The Finance Transformation Associate will operate in an evolving environment, balancing finance fundamentals with emerging technologies and new ways of working. Success in this role requires curiosity, adaptability and the ability to think critically about how work gets done today and how it can be improved.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform detailed testing of platform features and workflows to ensure they meet business requirements
- Create, manage and track testing tickets, defects and enhancements in Jira
- Support data conversion and migration activities, including data preparation, validation and reconciliation
- Assist with data setup and verification activities as platforms are built out
- Validate data accuracy and completeness across source systems
- Work closely with platform vendors to retest fixes and confirm resolution of issues
- Support development and configuration efforts by validating functionality against requirements
- Maintain clear documentation related to testing results, data validation and readiness activities
- Assist with go-live preparation and post-implementation activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
- 0-2 years? experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator who is comfortable contributing ideas and perspectives in group discussions and meetings
- Comfortable working hands-on in systems and learning new platforms quickly
- Interest in finance transformation and process improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Foundational understanding of finance and accounting principles

- The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $75,000 to $95,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
