Required Skills & Experience
- 5-7+ years of Project Management experience,
- Experience in Financial Services and matrixed environments.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale programs across multiple business lines.
- Familiarity with Financial Crimes Risk Management (BSA, AML, Sanctions Screening).
- Strong change management and consulting skills.
- Agile methodology experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive presence.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive consensus.
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Project Management.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Project Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
- Advise leadership on program success, prioritization, and change management strategies.
- Lead resolution of highly complex challenges with long-term impact.
- Oversee planning, financial management, risk assessment, and status reporting for large-scale initiatives.
- Engage with executive leadership and stakeholders to ensure program success.
- Provide vision and expertise for companywide business solutions.
