Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5-7+ years of Project Management experience,
  • Experience in Financial Services and matrixed environments.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale programs across multiple business lines.
  • Familiarity with Financial Crimes Risk Management (BSA, AML, Sanctions Screening).
  • Strong change management and consulting skills.
  • Agile methodology experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive presence.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive consensus.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Project Management.
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Project Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
  • Advise leadership on program success, prioritization, and change management strategies.
  • Lead resolution of highly complex challenges with long-term impact.
  • Oversee planning, financial management, risk assessment, and status reporting for large-scale initiatives.
  • Engage with executive leadership and stakeholders to ensure program success.
  • Provide vision and expertise for companywide business solutions.
