Role Overview

Working under a Senior Project Manager, you will manage multiple project tasks and workstreams. You will bridge the gap between technology, operations, and business needs, ensuring that the procurement and implementation of Care Management Organizations (CMO) align with strategic objectives. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, process automation familiarity, and superior leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Execution: Manage day-to-day project tasks, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Planning: Prepare detailed project plans, roadmaps, and estimates across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate between the CMO project and other enterprise initiatives, including Data Management and Business Process Automation.
• Reporting: Provide status updates regarding milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
• Quality Control: Act as an internal quality check, reviewing requirements documentation, proposals, and statements of work.
• Vendor Support: Assist in the vendor selection and proposal evaluation process.

Required Qualifications

• Certification: Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• Experience: * Minimum of 5 years working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years in requirements gathering and documentation.
  • 5 years of experience with Agile project methodologies.
  • 3 years of experience creating Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) and end-to-end tracking.
  • 2 years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Waterfall and Iterative methodologies.
• Education: BA/BS in Management, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Platform Knowledge: High proficiency with MS Project, Visio, and Office 365.
• Advanced Tools: Experience with artifact curation in Jama, Jira, Confluence, Steelray, or SmartSheets.
• Domain Expertise: Knowledge of Medicaid, Managed Care, MMIS, or health claims processing is highly desired.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead "up, across, and down" multiple business areas with diplomatic and motivational skills.
