Project Scope: The client is looking for User Technical Support Specialist

Roles/Responsibilities:

Level 2 desktop support, Windows, MS Office/365, Imaging, etc.

Mandatory Skills:

Advanced troubleshooting of Windows OS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 support
Experience with system imaging and deployment

Desirable Skills:

Hardware/software diagnostics and basic networking
Strong customer service and ticketing system
