Job Title: Data Migration Functional Consultant (Oracle EBS & Cloud)

Location: Boston, MA or Phoenix, AZ (Preferred – Travel Required)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud/Fusion to support data migration activities across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end data migration projects, including data extraction, cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation.

This role requires frequent travel, hence local candidates to Boston, MA or Phoenix, AZ are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support end-to-end data migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud/Fusion
Perform data analysis, data mapping, and data validation for business-critical data
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data requirements
Define and execute data cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation strategies
Support mock conversions, UAT, and production cutover activities
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business rules
Document migration processes, mapping logic, and validation results
Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams during migration cycles

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong functional experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud/Fusion
Proven experience in Oracle data migration projects
Good understanding of OTC, P2P, R2R, or SCM data domains
Experience working with large data volumes and complex data structures
Ability to work closely with technical teams (ETL, SQL, PL/SQL exposure preferred)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with Oracle EBS to Cloud/Fusion migration
Experience in tools such as FBDI, ADFdi, Web Services, or ETL tools
Local to Boston, MA or Phoenix, AZ
