UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design solutions that balance user needs with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, competitive analysis)

• Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

• Create intuitive interaction patterns and information architecture

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and visual design teams throughout the product lifecycle

• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business requirements

• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization

• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UX documentation

• Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are followed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)

• Experience with usability testing and research methodologies

• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility standards

• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with UI or visual design

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end development concepts

• Experience designing for mobile, web, or SaaS products

• Knowledge of analytics tools and data-informed design
