Role Descriptions:

• Good knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals | Architecture Components | Technical Features such as Designer Features | Configurations in Appian etc.

• Good knowledge of Case Management Services development.

• Should have hands-on experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo | Mobility Features | Pages | Smart Services | Reports | Deployment etc.

• Experience with CICD pipelines | Jenkins | bitbucket

• Ability to work independently on Jira stories.

• Experience with Agile methodologies - Scrum | Continuous integration

• Ability to perform impact analysis and guide the team

• Ability to excel in a short time frame under short sprints

• Strong communication and documentation skills
