CRM Administrator 100% Remote
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior CRM Administrator with strong Salesforce platform expertise to manage, enhance, and optimize our CRM ecosystem. This role ensures seamless operations, system scalability, secure data governance, platform integrations, and automation that supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Administer Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Education Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Configure and maintain CRM components including custom objects, workflows, automation, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
Build and manage custom reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
Support system integrations using ETL tools (Informatica Cloud, Axiom) and third-party tools like Conga Suite, Form Assembly, Rollup Helper, DemandTools, OwnBackup, SMS platforms, etc.
Lead release management activities including testing, upgrades, validation, and deployment.
Perform CRM data management tasks: migration, deduplication, data mapping, and quality control.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform platform audits, and ensure best-practice security compliance.
Serve as the technical contact for vendors, IT teams, and internal business users.
Create and maintain technical documentation, training reference materials, and configuration records.
Required Skills & Background
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
Proficiency in SOQL, SQL, relational database concepts, and CRM automation tools.
Type of Experience Needed
5+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Administration
5+ years experience managing database systems and application administration, including performance and capacity planning
4+ years experience extracting, analyzing, and presenting CRM data using SQL/SOQL
4+ years experience working on CRM integrations with external systems
4+ years experience using ETL tools such as Informatica Cloud / Axiom
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Apex, PL/SQL, SOQL scripting
Exposure to cloud security governance and distributed computing architecture
Experience in enterprise environments with on-call rotation support
