Position: SAP Fieldglass Coordinator
Location: Miami, FL - Onsite 1-2 times a month
Duration: 6 month rolling contract
Rate Range: $35-40/hr
Position Overview: Our client is looking for an SAP Fieldglass Administrator/Coordinator to assist with FTE and contractor openings. This person
must be in Miami and willing to go into the office whenever needed.
Requirements:- Very knowledgeable with SAP Fieldglass - must be very comfortable with the day-to-day work of onboarding contractors and data maintenance through SAP Fieldglass, working with hiring managers to ensure they know when credentials have been created, and working with our security group get contractor reinstated if they lose credentials. (This responsibility will be shared with another contractor who will be the lead)
- Experience creating org charts
- Experience identifying areas for improvement and coming up with real solutions
- Comfortable working with leaders and staffing vendors
Preferred- Experience writing job descriptions
- Experience working in Apptio
- Comfortable holding round tables to find out new employee experience and opportunities for improvement
- Comfortable working in SharePoint
- Comfortable testing new systems
