Technical Manager, Fusion
• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, or SCM modules).
• Knowledge of Oracle on-prem architecture and migration strategies.
• Proven experience leading technical teams on large-scale Oracle projects.
Role Descriptions:
Project Leadership:
Lead end-to-end migration from Oracle on-prem to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Define scope| timelines| and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
Team Management:
Manage and mentor technical teams across multiple workstreams.
Ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for the customer.
Provide regular updates and manage expectations effectively.
Technical Oversight Oversee Oracle Fusion implementation| integration| and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.
Risk Compliance Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Required Skills :
Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP| HCM| or SCM modules).
Knowledge of Oracle on-prem architecture and migration strategies.
Proven experience leading technical teams on large-scale Oracle projects.
Hands-on experience in project planning| execution| and delivery.
Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)| APIs| and data migration tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle certifications (Fusion Cloud| OIC).
Experience managing multi-location teams.
Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
