Technical Skills:

·       5+ years in Al/ML with 2+ years focused specifically on generative Al and LLM applications

·       Strong proficiency in Python and experience with GenAl frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen) Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines integrating vector databases and knowledge management systems Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based solutions in production environments

·       Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and foundation model capabilities

·       Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector) and semantic search

·       Proficiency with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

·       Architect scalable GenAl solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) with focus on cost optimization and performance

·       Integrate LLMs with existing enterprise systems through APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures

Domain Expertise:

·       Insurance domain knowledge (Preferred)

·       Proven track record of delivering GenAl solutions that drive business outcomes

·       Experience with prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and chain-of-thought reasoning

·       Knowledge of responsible Al practices, bias mitigation, and Al governance frameworks

·       Understanding of data privacy, security considerations, and compliance requirements for Al systems
