Job Summary:
We are seeking a senior-level Process / Business Analyst Healthcare Automation to analyse, optimize, and automate healthcare workflows. This role focuses on leveraging healthcare domain knowledge, Epic EMR experience, and RPA tools (UiPath preferred) to identify automation opportunities, document current and future-state processes, calculate ROI, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver intelligent automation solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and standardization across healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis and documentation of end-to-end healthcare workflows
- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to gather business requirements and identify operational pain points
- Create process maps, data flow diagrams, and comprehensive process documentation
- Identify, assess, and quantify automation opportunities with clear ROI and value analysis
- Work closely with RPA developers and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Develop business cases and value propositions for automation initiatives
- Support process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with implementation, user adoption, and change management activities
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in process analysis or business analysis, preferably in healthcare environments
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and workflows
- Proven experience with process mapping tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of RPA platforms (UiPath preferred) and automation concepts
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
