Job Title: Product Support / Production Support Coordinator
Location: Remote with Occasional visit to office.
Type: Contract / Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
Onshore Product Support Coordinator working closely with offshore 24/7 support teams.
Acts as the primary client-facing point of contact for communication and status updates.
Responsible for incident management, change management, and production support.
