RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst in Miami, FL (Florida).
Responsibilities:
* Triage, assign and troubleshoot incident tickets for affected clients and end users
* Desktop Support Analyst will document solutions to all incidents and add to the department KMDB
* Assist the Helpdesk as Level 2 support for all End user technology platforms and interfaces
* Assist the Helpdesk as Level 2 support for all hardware configurations of End user technology platforms and interfaces
* Apply software changes and make configuration changes for new devices, new sites, and existing sites
* Validate hard drive image changes for the Helpdesk for replacement on all supported systems
* Track and maintain hardware/software Inventory for all end user systems and hardware
* As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will ensure tickets are closed in a timely manner maintaining SLAs and escalating to leadership or next level support where required
* Assist with approved installation and software modifications for all applications associated with end user systems
REQUIREMENTS:
* Associate's degree in computer related field required, Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
* Certifications in AWS, ITIL, or related technical fields a plus
* 2 years in service/help desk, field services, smart hands or deskside support
* 2 years of Windows Operating Systems required
* 2 years of diagnosing hardware/software conflicts, hardware components, and testing of hardware failures is required
* 1 year of networking concepts is required
* Experience and ability to understand data flow processes
* Excellent understanding of remote support communication software, such as SCCM, Intune, Team Viewer
* Familiarity of Microsoft DOS and PowerShell scripts
* Proficient use of Microsoft Teams, Office and 365 products and some administration
* Ability to learn software applications with minimal training is required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
