Job Summary

We are seeking a Wiz CSPM Engineer to manage, operate, and optimize Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) using the Wiz platform. The role focuses on identifying cloud security risks, misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), and working with engineering teams to remediate them.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and manage Wiz CSPM across cloud environments
• Continuously monitor cloud infrastructure for misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, excessive permissions, and exposed assets
• Analyze Wiz findings related to identity risks, network exposure, vulnerabilities, and compliance
• Prioritize risks based on business impact and attack paths identified by Wiz
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Application teams to remediate security issues
• Integrate Wiz with CI/CD pipelines, ticketing systems, and SIEM/SOAR tools
• Support cloud security compliance (CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, etc.)
• Create dashboards, reports, and metrics for leadership and security governance
• Assist in cloud security architecture reviews and threat modeling
• Stay current with cloud security threats, Wiz features, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Wiz CSPM
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform
• Understanding of CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, and cloud-native security concepts
• Experience with IAM, networking, containers, Kubernetes, and serverless
• Familiarity with cloud security frameworks and benchmarks (CIS, NIST)
• Ability to analyze security risks and clearly communicate remediation steps
• Experience working with DevOps and Agile teams
