***Must have Property & Casualty insurance experience
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.
· 15 years of software development including Business Analysis experience on projects where Information Technology was a primary component
· 10 years of Business Analysis Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance domain.
· Detailed understanding of Policy Admin, eCommerce, Billing, Claims and financial applications along with understanding of various third party integrations like LexisNexis Prefill, CREDIT, MRV, CLUE etc. is a must.
· Experience with Web Analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc. is a must.
· Excellent understanding of Web Service and APIs and familiarity with SQL, XML, HTML, XSLT, JSON etc. along with tools like Postman, REST API and SOAP UI etc. is highly desirable.
· Demonstrated ability to apply disciplined and rigorous approaches to analysis that include object and entity-relationship modeling, state-transition diagramming, and related approaches to custom developed application.
· Demonstrated ability to support digital capabilities (e.g., development of interactive web-based applications).
· Excellent communication, presentation and, interpersonal skills
· Strong analytical capability; ability to think strategically, solve problems and recommend approaches and solutions
· Data Management experience, database knowledge preferred, and experience with MS SQL
· Project Management or related certifications preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Project) strong emphasis on MS Visio (wireframes and workflows)
· INS and CPCU certifications are highly desirable.
· IIBA - CBAP and AAC Certification a plus.
