The Opportunity

We re looking for a Business Development Director / Manager to lead new logo acquisition in the Insurance (P&C) space. This is a pure hunting role ideal for someone with the drive to build C-suite relationships, identify opportunities, and close high-value digital transformation deals.

What You ll Do

  • Identify, engage, and close new clients in the Insurance (P&C) sector.

  • Drive adoption of digital transformation solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue goals.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored, impactful solutions.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to influence client strategy.

What We re Looking For

  • 7 12 years experience in business development / new logo sales within Insurance (P&C).

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.

  • Deep understanding of P&C insurance industry dynamics and digital transformation needs.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Bachelor s degree required; MBA preferred.
