About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Senior BI Developer to join our team in Plano, TX. This role is critical for designing, developing, and maintaining
Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and
data analytics that drive strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to deliver actionable insights, optimize reporting processes, and ensure data integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and presentations using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Gather, organize, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Optimize existing BI solutions for performance and scalability.
- Monitor KPIs and business metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of company performance, market trends, and industry benchmarks.
- Provide insights and recommendations for strategic planning and cost optimization.
- Foster collaboration across departments to align business objectives and standardize reporting.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through advanced data analytics.
- Train and support end-users on BI tools and data interpretation.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data modeling/analysis, or similar roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills- Experience with statistical testing, forecasting, and modeling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Knowledge of project management principles.
