Pay Range: $18 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Schedule & Conditions:
- 40 hours per week, 5 days per week
- Overtime, weekends, and after-hours work required as needed
- On-call rotation required
- No shift differentials
- Travel Requirements
- Daily driving varies between 50–150 miles, depending on assignments
- Candidates must be comfortable with extensive local travel
- Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Arnold, MO
- Travel to customer locations to provide on-site technical support and equipment repairs
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair laptops, desktops, and printers
- Perform hardware replacements, installations, and break/fix services
- Manage daily service dispatches and accurately document work completed
- Communicate professionally with end users and internal teams
- Follow established service procedures, safety guidelines, and SLAs
- Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as required
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills: “Field Service", "Desktop Support”, “Laptop & Desktop Repair", "Printer Support", "Break/Fix”, “Hardware Troubleshooting", "End-User Support".
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in field service or desktop support
- Prior experience in a role requiring frequent travel and dispatch work
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for laptops, desktops, and printers
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- CompTIA A or equivalent
- Manufacturer certifications (Fuji, Lenovo, Lexmark, etc.) are a plus
