Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team of digital transformation experts. You will play a key role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that support mission-critical programs for our public and private sector clients. This role requires a strong technical foundation, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain custom Salesforce integrations with third-party platforms (e.g help desk system, back end systems)
Build and expose REST/SOAP API Web Services from Salesforce for real-time or scheduled batch jobs
Experience implementing OAuth, Apex JIT Handler, Credentials and Single Sign On
Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and project managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Experience with Omnistudio preferred

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party tools.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II preferred).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with federal or state government clients.
Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado).
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
Familiarity with Section 508 compliance and FedRAMP environments.

Additional Details:

Bachelor Degree required based on LCAT and Salesforce Admin certificate preferred
