Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Level 3) with strong Medicaid / healthcare systems exposure and proven delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned project components under Senior PM leadership
Coordinate cross-functional teams and enterprise initiatives
Create project plans, schedules, roadmaps & status reporting
Track scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables
Develop RTM and ensure end-to-end lifecycle traceability
Support vendor selection & proposal evaluation
Present updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
Ensure delivery aligns with scope, schedule, budget & quality

Required Skills
Strong SDLC knowledge (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative)
Requirements gathering & documentation
Experience with RTM and lifecycle tracking
Tools: Jira, Confluence, Jama, SmartSheets, MS Project
Excellent stakeholder communication & presentation skills
PMP Certification (Mandatory)
