Summary

Location: Wilmington, DE
Description:
Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Proficiency in Java for backend development (approximately 80% of work).
Experience with React (TypeScript/JavaScript) for frontend development (approximately 20% of work).
Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-based application development.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge or experience with Apache Spark.
Familiarity with Kafka for event streaming.
AWS Certification (completed or in progress).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions with a focus on backend systems.
Write secure, high-quality code in at least one programming language with limited guidance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues considering upstream and downstream system impacts.
Apply Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools and automation to improve efficiency.
Perform technical troubleshooting to break down and solve problems of basic complexity.
Analyze large, diverse datasets to identify issues and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Learn and apply system processes and methodologies to ensure secure, stable code and systems.
Contribute to a team culture that values diversity, inclusion, and respect.
