5 Days onsite and W2 only Role Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled iOS Developer to join our team in Redmond, Washington. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in iOS mobile application development, experience in software engineering, and a passion for creating high-quality, scalable, and reliable applications. This is a 100% onsite contract position.
Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Architect and design new and existing systems with a focus on scalability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain iOS mobile applications using Swift.
- Contribute to unit testing and ensure the quality of mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences.
Qualifications: - 4+ years of professional, non-internship software development experience.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
- Proficiency in programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design.
- Strong experience in iOS mobile application development using Swift.
- Experience contributing to unit testing of mobile applications.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
- Experience with REST architecture for web services.
- Experience with Reactive programming frameworks such as ReactiveSwift and Rx.
- Ability to write testable code and automate test regressions.

Pay Range: $70 - $75
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
