Location: North Berwick, ME (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Occasional Overtime)

Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will work on-site at the client location, providing professional customer service while supporting storeroom operations. The role involves purchasing, inventory control, material distribution, and coordination with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate supply of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site customer service and respond to internal client requests.
• Receive, inspect, store, issue, and track inventory and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and manage replenishment.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and communicate with vendors as needed.
• Inspect tools and equipment for damage or wear and assist with basic maintenance.
• Follow safety standards and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ months of relevant experience or training.
• Customer service experience with strong communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency; daily use of MS Office and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to pass client-specific background screening and complete onboarding/badging.

Work Requirements:

• Onsite role; remote work not permitted.
• Steel-toe shoes required.
• Dress code: Jeans/long pants with collared shirt or blouse.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs (or more with assistance).
