Job Description:
We are seeking a recent graduate to join an exciting development team under direct supervision. The ideal candidate will design, code, test, and debug software while translating business requirements into maintainable code. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support a commercial off-the-shelf application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, modify, and debug software applications.
• Research and analyze programming or system problems.
• Develop program documentation and ensure code security and maintainability.
• Support configuration of the GenTax application.
• Collaborate effectively within a small team environment.

Required Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
• Proficiency in any .NET programming language (1+ years of experience).
• Strong working knowledge of SQL (1+ years of experience).
• Experience with Microsoft VB.NET (highly desired).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated resiliency.
