CX Marketing Specialist
Job Profile Summary
The Impact You Will Have
This position plays a role in the design, development, and implementation of member engagement communications for Blue Cross members. You ll use marketing, communications, and project management skills and experience to support the development and execution of member engagement programs designed to meet member needs with the right message at the right time via the right channel, including digital channels.
This is a visible role that works across CX, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to develop open enrollment materials to increase engagement with Blue Cross products to drive better health decisions among our members.
Your Responsibilities
- Project Management & Trafficking
- Coordinate the intake, routing, and delivery of marketing materials (print, digital, email, etc.) between creative teams, legal, and internal stakeholders.
- Track and record project milestones, deadlines, and approvals to ensure timely execution of updates.
- Distribute and socialize market-ready materials through designated channels
- Stakeholder Coordination & Reviews
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding material needs, content requirements, and branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with legal team to address required disclosures, disclaimers, and standardized language.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings to review content and status.
- Quality Assurance
- Implement feedback from CX strategists, brand partners, and legal reviewers.
- Review materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards before final distribution.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience with a service industry. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
- 2+ years in a customer-experience-related action planning role or related marketing or communications role
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize, work creatively, and perform tasks in solving problems in time-critical situations
- High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Proficiency with project management and workflow tools (e.g., Asana, PageProof).
- Understanding of health insurance business
