The Bureau of IT Services provides statewide IT support including:
Call center operations

New position created to manage, maintain, and intake new Service Manager requests.
Administer and maintain Microsoft System Center infrastructure.
Manage Service Manager request intake and workflows.
Develop automation using System Center Orchestrator.
Work within the Cireson Web Portal.
This role is not project-timebound (ongoing operational support).
Responsibilities
Administer and create new Service Manager requests and workflows.
Develop, maintain, and update System Center Orchestrator workflows.
Configure and maintain Cireson Web Portal (including JavaScript updates).
Patch and maintain System Center, Orchestrator, and Cireson environments.
Gather business requirements and translate them into Service Manager solutions.
Act as SME/POC for Service Manager processes and environments.
Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Lead migration of the existing Service Manager environment to updated standards.
Provide after-hours support when required.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CDC, and healthcare IT standards.
Required Skills (in order of importance)
3+ years supporting Microsoft System Center (deep understanding of features, design, and best practices)
3+ years administrative experience in Microsoft Azure
5+ years administrative experience with Microsoft Windows Servers
3+ years working with IT methodology frameworks (ITIL, MITA, etc.)
Technical Skills
Microsoft System Center Service Manager (last 3 years)
System Center Orchestrator (workflow automation using PowerShell)
Cireson Web Portal (installation, configuration, JavaScript customization)
Windows Server Administration (patching & maintenance)
Microsoft SQL Server (basic to intermediate knowledge)
Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID
PowerShell (v5.1 or newer)
