SAP Product Manager/SAP Portfolio Manager/SAP Functional Manager- Remote

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of SAP solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring SAP solutions drive business value, optimize processes, and meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SAP products and modules in alignment with business goals.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to gather and prioritize requirements.

• Drive SAP product lifecycle management, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

• Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and new functionality.

• Monitor product performance, usage, and ROI; recommend improvements to maximize value.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving multiple SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, SuccessFactors).

• Stay up-to-date with SAP innovations, best practices, and industry trends to advise leadership on opportunities.

• Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party SAP solution integrations.

• Prepare business cases, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• 7+ years of experience in SAP product management, SAP functional consulting, or SAP solution ownership.

• Deep understanding of SAP modules, processes, and integration points.

• Proven ability to translate business needs into SAP solution requirements.

• Strong project management skills and experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, SuccessFactors, or other SAP cloud solutions is a plus.
