Seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to lead and maintain enterprise infrastructure and core applications across hybrid, cloud, and on-prem environments. This role oversees critical systems, ensures reliability and security, and provides technical leadership and mentorship to system administration staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of enterprise systems with a focus on availability, resilience, and business continuity.
- Support and enhance core business applications (e.g., document management, time & billing, identity services, integrations).
- Maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity services.
- Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning, including testing and documentation.
- Serve as escalation point for complex system and application issues.
- Enforce infrastructure standards, change management, monitoring, and incident response processes.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party support.
- Mentor, supervise, and develop system administration staff; promote cross-training and best practices.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to meet regulatory and operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, cloud) and applications (Exchange, Office 365, SQL).
- Proven experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to support multiple initiatives in a professional services environment.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of systems administration experience in enterprise environments.
- Experience with document management systems, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise applications required.
- Time & Billing and IntApp experience preferred.
- Prior leadership or technical lead experience required.
- Relevant certifications and ongoing professional development a plus.
