Role Overview
We're seeking a Senior React/Node Developer who can hit the ground running with minimal direction. This individual will lead front-end development efforts while contributing to backend API development. The ideal candidate is a seasoned engineer with deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and mobile technologies.

Backend vs Frontend Split
Target split: 70% backend / 30% frontend
React Native experience is a major plus
Ideal candidates can work across backend, frontend, and mobile, but strong backend is most important
First 90 Days
Work will be primarily backend
Most current user stories and needs exist on the backend
UI Work
Expected to increase as newer projects roll out
Includes both web UI (React/Next.js) and mobile UI (React Native)
