Business Process Engineer – AI & Automation

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Engineer with strong experience in process optimization, AI technologies, and automation tools. The ideal candidate will analyze existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and leverage AI, RPA, and data-driven tools to enhance efficiency, scalability, and decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, map, and document end-to-end business processes using BPM methodologies.
• Identify process inefficiencies and design optimized workflows using AI and automation solutions.
• Implement AI-driven tools such as process mining, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design and implement RPA and AI workflows using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
• Apply machine learning and NLP concepts to improve process decision-making and data extraction.
• Monitor process performance using KPIs and dashboards; recommend continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data privacy standards.
• Support change management, user training, and adoption of new AI-enabled processes.
• Document solutions, SOPs, and best practices for operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Business Process Engineering, Process Improvement, or Automation.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or Process Re-engineering frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms.
• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate).
• Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, NLP, and intelligent document processing (IDP).
• Proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, ARIS, Signavio, Lucidchart).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, RPA, or AI/ML.
• Experience with process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience in enterprise digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
