Position: SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant VC / SSC / AVC

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 6-12 Months+

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Variant Configuration (LO VC, SSC, AVC) to support Configure to Order processes across SD, PP, and MM.

Key Responsibilities

Design and configure variant models, characteristics, classes, dependencies, and configuration profiles.

Build and maintain Super BOMs/Routings, material variants, and variant pricing.

Lead AVC/SSC modeling in S/4HANA using relevant Fiori applications.

Support Sales Order configuration, MRP, costing, ATP/aATP, and production integration.

Lead LO VC to AVC migration, dependency conversion, and model cleanup.

Collaborate with SD/PP/MM, CPQ/Commerce, and integration teams for E2E processes.

Prepare functional documents, test scenarios, and support UAT/go live.

Required Skills

7 10+ years of SAP experience; strong hands-on in LO VC, SSC, AVC.

Deep understanding of SD, PP, MM integration points for configurable materials.

Experience with variant pricing, costing, MRP explosion, Super BOM/Routing.

Practical knowledge of AVC Fiori apps, dependency modeling, and performance tuning.

Strong documentation, testing, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with SAP CPQ or Commerce Cloud VC integration.

Knowledge of aATP, Engineering Change Management, and basic ABAP debugging.
