Project Overview

Problem Statement / Business Justification:
Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes are currently manual, creating inefficiencies and risks:

New hires, job changes, and terminations often result in delayed or incorrect access.
Audit findings have highlighted process gaps, exposing the company to compliance and security risks.

Business Objective:
Implement an identity governance platform to:

Automate provisioning and deprovisioning of access
Integrate with ADP and Active Directory
Enable automated access auditing campaigns

Scope

In Scope

Identify applications requiring integration with SailPoint
Integrate SailPoint with ADP and Active Directory (plus any additional identified applications)
Perform AD group mapping
Map role-based provisioning
Implement SailPoint
Integrate SailPoint with applications that do not natively interface with AD
Implement automated access audits
Ensure IAM governance is created/updated

Out of Scope

Any SailPoint modules that do not support the defined scope

Key Deliverables

SailPoint implemented and integrated with ADP and AD
Role-based provisioning mapped and operational
Automated access audits in place
Updated IAM governance documentation
