Excel Consultants is a national firm, primarily situated in Arizona and California.
For logistics-sake, we prefer those on the west coast, or AZ.
The target industry is unimportant as we have local talent in any state, and in any major metropolitan area. Any company that has ERP, CRM, SCM, BI, Data Analytics, Data Science/ML, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and on would likely qualify. Where the vertical comes into play, is that it is ideal to target repeatable engagements/clients.

Role snapshot
This is a 100% commission 1099 hunter role: 30% commission on all new business; 10% on net new opportunities within that same new client. No base, no expenses, no benefits. Monthly commission payouts after client payment; 90day clawback applies.
What you’ll do
- Hunt and close new ERP clients (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure, et al).
- Leverage Excel Consultants s SME bench and transparent pricing to accelerate procurement decisions.
- Own pipeline in CRM, negotiate contracts, and coordinate handoff to delivery.
- Drive expansion to earn ongoing 10% commissions.
You must have
- Proven new logo hunter with documented ERP wins.
- Deep relationships with CIOs, ERP program leads, IT directors.
- Self-starter mentality; comfortable as a 1099 contractor.
- References for at least 3 recent new client wins.
Partnership Pathway (5 years)
After 5 years of sustained performance (meet annual new logo targets for 4 of 5 years; strong retention/expansion; cultural fit), Contractor becomes eligible for negotiated partnership terms (revenue share, equity, or profit share).
