Calibration Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Maple Grove, MN that is seeking a Calibration Technician.

Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Calibration Technician (Level 3 preferred) to join our brand-new calibration lab at our Maple Grove site. This hands-on, mobility-focused role supports physical and dimensional calibration across multiple areas - no desk-based days here!

What You'll Do:
* Perform physical and dimensional calibration of test & measurement equipment (T&ME)
* Record and verify calibration data against required standards
* Maintain a monthly onsite calibration schedule across 15 customer groups operating 7 days a week
* Coordinate vendor calibrations, including shipping, receiving, and tracking
* Help organize the new lab-labeling, arranging equipment, and monitoring resource needs
* Use internal systems (including Windshield) for updates, planning, and communication
* Support quality requirements and uphold patient safety and product compliance

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7-10 years of relevant calibration experience (physical/dimensional strongly preferred); Calibration Technician Level 3 ideal
* Strong understanding of calibration principles and measurement science
* Ability to work independently, move across labs/facility throughout the day, and support multiple customer groups
* Skilled at problem-solving, organizing workflows, and providing guidance to junior team members

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
