Software Engineer

Hansen Talent Group is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to manage, maintain, and intake new Service Manager requests in a long-term staff augmentation role. This position focuses on administration, workflow automation, and continuous improvement of the Service Manager environment.

What You ll Do

• Administer and enhance Microsoft System Center Service Manager

• Design, build, and maintain request offerings, incidents, changes, and services

• Develop and maintain workflows using System Center Orchestrator

• Support and configure the Cireson Web Portal (including JavaScript updates)

• Maintain, patch, and upgrade SCSM, Orchestrator, and related systems

• Act as SME and liaison between technical teams, business units, and leadership

• Lead efforts to modernize and migrate the Service Manager environment

• Recommend process and efficiency improvements

• Provide limited after-hours support as needed

Required Experience

• Experience supporting Microsoft System Center (SCSM) in an enterprise environment

• Experience administering Azure and Windows Server environments

• Experience with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks
