7+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2+ years in a lead or senior role. Strong portfolio showcasing complex financial or wealth management applications. Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools. Solid understanding of UX research methods, interaction design, and accessibility standards. Familiarity with agile development processes and tools like JIRA and Confluence. Bachelors degree or related field; advanced certifications in UX or design thinking preferred. Define and lead the UX strategy for wealth management applications and digital channels. Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for new features and enhancements. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with requirements. Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and accessibility.
