Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer with strong experience in API development, web application delivery, and secure, scalable backend services. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of professional experience, with deep expertise in Python development using the FastAPI framework and strong exposure to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps.

Role Overview:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions with a strong focus on API-driven architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI
Develop and maintain web applications across front-end and back-end layers
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers to deliver solutions aligned with requirements
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
Implement secure development practices including OAuth2, JWT, and secure coding standards
Design responsive user interfaces and ensure optimal user experience
Develop server-side logic, manage databases, and ensure performance and responsiveness
Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and code reviews
Maintain technical documentation

Required Technical Skills:

Python with FastAPI
RESTful API development
CI/CD using GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps
Secure API development with OAuth2 and JWT
Front-end and back-end web development
Testing frameworks and debugging
Database design and performance optimization

Generative AI (GenAI) Knowledge:

Foundation models including LLMs and multimodal models
Prompting and instructions
Context windows
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Embeddings and vector search
Fine-tuning vs adapters such as LoRA
Tool and function calling
Structured outputs using JSON or schema
Model evaluation and hallucination mitigation
Safety, governance, and auditability

Agentic AI Knowledge:

Agent-based systems and autonomy levels
Planning and task decomposition
Tool usage and action execution
Memory and state management
Reflection and verification loops
Multi-agent architectures
Human-in-the-loop workflows
Guardrails and observability
